In this respect, we’ve secured space at the conference venue, “Rodos Palace” hotel, July 06-12, 2008, for the conference participants and their companions, at the very special room rates shown in the “Hotel Booking Form”, also guaranteed by the LOC.
We’ve also secured a number of rooms for the same dates, at some selected neighboring hotels, for facilitating members who wish alternative accommodation, on negotiated special rates. Confirmation of space will be subjected to availability, on the basis of “first come-first served”.
A “Ulysses Tours” Hospitality Desk will be set at Venue’s Lobby during the session hours daily, for the convenience of the Conference members, providing consultation, information, literature and overall assistance to our guests.

All rates are quoted in Euros per room, payable to our office and include buffet breakfast and light buffet lunch during the Conference days, as well as all applicable taxes.
