INSTRUCTIONS FOR SPEAKERS

In each conference room will be available an LCD projector as well as an overhead projector for transparencies. Please have your presentation in  Portable Document Format (pdf) or Microsoft Power Point (ppt) format.

All speakers are requested to have their presentation on a USB memory or on a CD ROM.
This will allow us to overcome unforseen difficulties.

COMPUTING
There will be a 1 Mb LAN with several PCs running Windows XP, printers, a hub with ethernet cables for laptop connection. In addition wireless connections will be available in all conference rooms.

Important: AC voltage is 220 Volts. For those bringing laptops do not forget your 120-220 plug adapter for your charger.
